Your membership is on a 30-day billing cycle starting from your join date, and you’ll be billed monthly on that same day. Our memberships are month-to-month with no annual commitment, and you can upgrade or deactivate anytime directly from your account.

Please note that only residents of cities within our service area are eligible for memberships. Visitors and non-residents of Colorado should register for visitor babysitting services, which have a separate pricing structure.

If you use all your monthly credits and need additional bookings, member discounts apply:

• Essential members: $30 per booking
• Priority members: $20 per booking

Please note that memberships are for individual families and are not shared or transferred between co-parents, friends, or other families.

Booking & Credits

While unused monthly credits don’t roll over, you can reschedule any cancelled booking within your membership month at no extra charge. Non-member credits are valid for 30 days from purchase.

Short Notice Bookings

While we can’t guarantee requests made with less than 7 days’ notice, we maintain a ~93% fulfillment rate for these bookings.

Short notice fees help to fund scholarships for sitters continuing their childcare education, and local youth job training programs for young sitters:

• Priority members: $20
• Essential members: $30
• Non-members: $50

Please note that short notice fees are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.

Sitter Matching

We strive to match your family with your favorite sitters and minimize how many different sitters you meet. While we can’t guarantee a specific sitter’s availability, we’re happy to help you plan bookings with your preferred sitters in advance. Illness & Safety Policy

Because our sitters care for multiple families and young infants throughout the week, we are unable to provide care for sick children. We ask that children be free of fever, vomiting, or diarrhea for at least 24 hours before your booking, without the use of medication.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here’s what to expect if you need to cancel:

• More than 48 hours’ notice: $35 courtesy cancellation fee
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: $100 courtesy cancellation fee
• Cancellation on the day of service (same day cancellation): sitter receives full payment, credit card processing fee of 2.9% + 30 cents

• 1.5x the standard hourly rates on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day
• 2x the standard hourly rates: Thanksgiving, Christmas Day

Credit for Canceling or Rescheduling a Booking

In most cases, a cancelled booking can be rescheduled within 30 days without a new fee. The cancellation payment to the sitter does apply, even when rescheduling with the same sitter for a later date. Credit for an unused booking expires after 30 days.

For requests made with less than 24 hours notice:

• $20 surcharge with Priority Membership
• $25 surcharge with Essential Membership
• $50 surcharge if using non-member/pay-as-you-go option

These surcharges help fund continuing education scholarships for our sitters and nannies, and development of our youth job training for young sitters.
