HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
When you join, we use our secure online booking system to match your babysitting requests with screened sitters. We provide you with personalized support by overseeing your request and ensuring that it is accepted by a member of our team. As you and your children establish relationships, we help you book with your favorite sitters. We provide backup in the event that your scheduled sitter becomes unavailable.
Request a Sitter
Choose the date and time of your booking and submit your request. We have dozens of awesome sitters - we are confident we have great matches for your family!
A team member will accept your request and you receive an email confirmation with their profile and contact information. You are welcome to speak by phone beforehand. Because our sitters work with many clients, meeting each client beforehand is not possible.
Day of Service
Your sitter will arrive promptly at the date and time you’ve selected. Your sitter will collect your hourly payment from you when your service is complete, before they leave. Sitters accept electronic payment such as Venmo or Apple Pay, and cash.
Your profile keeps a record of the sitters you’ve worked with, and we assist you in creating your pool of preferred sitters who are familiar with your family.
